WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Our standard delivery time is between 2–5 business days.Please note that orders placed over a weekend or bank holiday will be shipped the following working day.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification. In this email you will also find your tracking number for Postnord, which is the shipping provider for your order.
CAN I ADD OR REMOVE PRODUCTS FROM MY ORDER?
As long as your order has not been shipped you can still make changes to it.

I FORGOT TO ENTER MY DISCOUNT CODE. CAN IAPPLY IT AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, that is not possible. Please make sure to review all information carefully at checkout, and make sure to enter any discount codes.
CAN I ORDER FROM OUTSIDE OF SWEDEN?
Yes, of course! You will see the available delivery options at checkout, as well as shipping costs. Please note that additional taxes may be added by your local customs.
