    2. Order
    Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all details about the products, price, billing, and delivery address.

    3. Delivery
    Our normal delivery times are 4–7 days. Please note that orders placed on weekends will be dispatched no earlier than the following Monday.

    4. Prices
    All prices in the store are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT.
    We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, typographical errors, or incorrect information, and we reserve the right to correct such pricing.

    5. Right of Withdrawal
    When purchasing goods from our website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive the product.

    5.1 Exercising your right of withdrawal:
    You must notify us that you wish to withdraw. The notice should be sent to [email protected]. Your message must clearly include your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return concerns.
    You must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
    You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return. Items should therefore be well packaged and returned in their original packaging.
    We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any depreciation in value if the product has been used or damaged.

    5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
    Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken.
    Products that are sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken.
    Custom-made products tailored specifically to you or clearly personalized.
    Services that have been fully performed where you have expressly consented to waive the right of withdrawal.
    Goods that can deteriorate rapidly, such as food items.
    Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

    We inspect all products before they are shipped. If a product is still damaged or incorrectly delivered upon arrival, we will, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, rectify the issue at no cost.

    Complaints must be submitted immediately after the defect has been discovered.
